A designer and the project manager initiate the project scope with you during a kick-off meeting, establish a foundation of goals, and gather content.
-
We begin a series of internal meetings, assign roles, research, and map out the best strategy to achieve what you need. Online development projects are planned, sitemapped, and wireframed.
-
We then move on to creating the concept for your project. Once the direction has been established, we research, design, and develop the initial round of your project.
-
Internal critique is vital. We don't limit ourselves to just one critique. We fully utilize this phase until the concepts scream "36creative" and is worthy of you.
-
Once our creativity is ready to be reviewed by you, we schedule a presentation and unveil the initial concepts. Praise and high-fives are welcome at this stage, as well as ideas, critiques and your opinion.
-
Depending on the project, this phase involves anything from media buying to beta testing. In this stage we plan, test, execute, and measure up to your desired goals.
