For the second year in a row, 36creative will be participating in the Brandathon, a 72-hour event that requires bright minds and creative talent from 12 different teams to design campaigns for unique brands and present them in front of a live audience. It’s a great event for anyone who is interested in creativity and innovation.

What Is the Brandathon?

The Brandathon is a fun and exciting event hosted by the Ad Club in which creative agencies work with a chosen brand to develop an advertising campaign from the ground up. Agencies only have 72 hours to design the campaign. All 12 participants are judged by a panel of experts in retail, marketing, and other related industries. The agency who wins for it’s startup receives prizes, but the 3 winning startups gets full rights to their campaign, which is valued at more than $100,000.

How are Startup Brands Chosen?

Startup brands all over Boston submitted a one-minute video explaining why their company should be chosen. Each video describes their product or service, and why they believe a carefully-crafted marketing campaign would take their business to the next level. 36creative doesn’t make the decision; that’s up to the public. The more the public likes a brand, the better the chances of being selected. You can visit to vote for your favorite startup.

What Will 36creative Do for Its Brand?

Whichever brand is chosen to be represented by 36creative, they can expect a great deal of attention. 36creative will work with you to develop your brand image and create an entire campaign from the ground up that may include everything from digital marketing to merchandise and more. 36creative is incredibly experienced in helping brands see their true potential, and they can also make sure that everyone who sees the marketing campaign sees that potential, as well. It’s a truly exciting experience.

Last Year’s Second Place Winner

36creative took second place in the 2015 Brandathon event for their work with a Boston-based hot sauce company called Nine Lazy Kidz. Their approach focused on family values, and each one of nine sauces was created and therefore named after one of the family’s nine very unique children. 36creative put together quite the slideshow and designed everything from in-store advertisements to merchandise that could help spread the word, and the company has since grown significantly. People in the Boston area can find Nine Lazy Kidz sauces in their local grocery stores, and people across the country can order it online.

The Brandathon event can change the lives of the lucky winner and propel his or her business into the public eye. 36creative is proud to be a part of the event again this year. The Brandathon 2016 judging event takes place on August 18th from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at the Revere Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts.
