The Need
Marathon Sports came to 36 with three, existing brands that all feature a consistent “vibe” throughout: a down-to-earth atmosphere, an attentive, knowledgeable staff, and a fun, candy-shop-like feel for runners.
While these brands were local legends, they hadn’t been updated in decades, and there was a huge opportunity to re-introduce Marathon Sports and its companies back to customers. There was also a need to reconstruct the company websites to give them a fresh, modern feel and sync up their backends with their inventory (so that they could all be controlled by the same administrator with ease).
