The Need
The idea behind Oat Shop was simple. It was founded by a couple, one of whom has allergies to both gluten and dairy. This creates a very limiting diet, but the owners quickly discovered that oatmeal could serve as a healthy and allergy-free basis for many meals. After developing recipes and honing them to perfection, the Oat Shop opened in Boston to serve both sweet and savory oat dishes to its patrons.
We met with Oat Shop and discussed potential changes. In the end, the agency worked with Oat Shop to alter their logo, brand colors, messaging, and packaging. The new colors and logos will be placed on the company’s website, menus, recipe cards, product packaging, and swag to increase brand awareness and make things more cohesive. We also helped Oat Shop create a mobile cart concept to serve its product in parks and on the street, thus helping get the word out.
